PATROL DIVISION

A Patrol Client has their property checked periodically by one of our marked vehicle patrols. As our Watch Commanders and Supervisors drive their patrol circuits as well as complete field checks on our Standing Officers, all findings are reported back to our Dispatch Center and reports can be generated for your review on a weekly or immediate (automatic) basis.

COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION

Our Dispatchers provide the line of communication between our Clients and our Officers out in the field, as well as our On-Duty Watch Commanders. They also monitor a variety of camera systems throughout the Central Valley, providing eyes-on surveillance as well as dispatching patrol units or law enforcement whenever needed. Our phone lines are answered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Ontel is leading the industry with the most up to date equipment and technology to handle any client’s needs.

LOSS PREVENTION

Our Loss Prevention Division does a great job “blending in” while working to prevent both customer and employee theft in retail locations. We arrest all offenders and follow the cases through the courts, even assisting in recovering awarded restitutions.

DEDICATED PATROL

In circumstances where large areas (neighborhoods, construction sites, industrial parks, agricultural sites) need to be protected, an obvious and mobile presence might be best. An Ontel Officer with Patrol Vehicle can be exclusively assigned to a specific property for designated shifts every day. This unit would patrol within the property, ready to intervene as needed and provide a distinct, visible deterrent to criminal activity. Both automotive and golf cart options are available.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Ontel Security Services provides uniformed and non-uniformed security officers for ANY occasion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All Ontel’s Officers are licensed by the California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services, under the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Ontel’s headquarters are based in Modesto, California and we service Merced, Stanislaus & San Joaquin Counties.

AGRICULTURAL SECURITY

The Central Valley supplies food to over 45% of the United States population. But, in the post 9/11 environment, the agriculture industry has become a viable target for theft and even terrorist acts. Ontel provides officers and armed vehicle patrols to many local nurseries, fields, orchards, ranches, and food processing plants to ensure safety and security.

ALARM RESPONSE

Due to the rise in crime rates and budget cuts in Police and Sheriff Departments, alarm responses are now falling to the private sector. We can contract with your alarm company in order to ensure a quick reply to your alarm. All of our Alarm Response Officers are armed with chemical agents, baton and firearms.

CAMERA INSTALLATION, CAMERA RENTAL, MONITORING, AND RESPONSE

We partner with local alarm agent companies to install cameras to suit clients needs. Ontel then takes over monitoring the cameras for activations and dispatches Armed Officers in the event of a verified camera intrusions.

We can also tie in with many existing camera systems for monitoring and response, so ask us if your current system is compatible with ours.
